“I’m on a wellbeing kick,” our companion Darlene said a few days ago over informal breakfast. She gladly emptied almond drain into her espresso, took a taste of OJ and bit into a veggie burger. “No awful nourishments for me!”
Some wellbeing kick. Darlene had quite recently served herself carrageenan, corn syrup and disodium inosinate, gut swelling sustenances that disrupt her weight reduction objectives. Because of nourishment producers and misleading advertisers, even our “sound” dinners overflow with undesirable fats, counterfeit fixings and superfluous additives. A just informal breakfast like Darlene’s can transform into a punch—to the gut.
